A huge thank you to #CrackerNation for your support this 2022 Sunbelt Baseball League Season.
Our team persevered through numerous challenges that included nagging and sometimes season ending injuries to some key players on the team. The “next guy” merely stepped up and took on the challenge. We started the season with 32 players, 16 pitchers, 16 position players. For the Post season, we fielded but 10 position players and 13 pitchers with only 8 being available in the semi finals. That being said, those left down the stretch NEVER stopped battling and competing. If you watched last nights 3-2 loss..THATS what we did down the stretch. We fought, scratched and clawed our way to the Championship Series. Proud of our efforts and in keeping with the Cracker tradition, we were gritty and fought hard down to the last out.
We thank the players who dedicated their time and effort this summer, gave it their all, showed up every day and worked at making the team the best it could be.
Until next summer, we again thank you, #crackernation for coming to games and supporting this team and organization.
The 40th season was one to remember. See you all next summer!
